Innocent Call has a bit more depth to exactly what Kusabira was doing here. All the Aida (except the three who decided not to show up because Link is still canon) have a debate among themselves about whether or not to coexist with humans or to just disappear and maaaaybe kill that Haseo PC that keeps killing us before we do.
The linchpin of this decision to coexist or go away is if Ovan awakens so Kusabira tries to make sure that happens (Though Innocent Call doesn't reveal she was the Tri-Edge AIDA)
